Martha resigns from the business course – she changes it for other

Martha had decided to resign from the business course.
We wrote earlier, that she can make such decision.

Business course is, besides learning English language, most difficult course that Martha took.
The family told Martha, that she doesn’t have to pass the exam on the course.
But Martha is ambitious. If she undertakes something, she fulfills it.
Martha recognized that it is too hard for her.
Furthermore, she assessed that she doesn’t know if the course would be useful for her anyway.
After regaining freedom Martha doesn’t have any plans involving Ireland.

The family approves Martha’s decision.
It’s good that Martha was able to make the assessment and decision.
Ina place, where Martha is, she has to take care for keeping her joy and avoid overexerting herself.
Martha takes all possible courses anyway.
Until now she received 18 certificates, and she’s getting next ones.
She works at the library, she studies for classes and exams, she’s painting, she makes items during the classes, she writes a book, she reads and responds for letters etc.

After resigning one course, Martha will surely change it to other, maybe “lighter”.
Certainly Martha is one of most active and most busy women inmates, serving sentences in Dochas Centre prison in Dublin, Ireland.

Martha is working in the library again.

Since Wendesday, June 13, 2018, Martha is working in the library again.
After five months break.
Speaking up for Martha’s work in the library in Dochas Centre prison in Dublin, brought positive results.
Many people demanded that.
Both people working in the prison and  cooperators as  co-inmates demanded this.
All these people noticed what kind of person Martha is: what is her character and how she is paying attention to entrusted duties.
In regards to such position of many people, the officer on duty, which earlier (on February 9, 2018) informed Martha that she is no longer working in the library, providing no reason for this, now she didn’t have any objections.
Martha receives the keys to the library without a problem again, and she is happy to work in the library.

We’re glad, that more and more people get to now what Martha really is.
In time, maybe those most reluctant will also will see it.
It’s impossible, that a person so helpful and thinking about other people, like Martha, harmed anyone consciously and deliberately.

How far away is the “virtual” or “press” image of Martha in Irish media, from real, true image of Martha.
Image not only in the opinion of the close ones and friends from Poland, but also between Irish prison officers, and Irish women serving sentences in Dochas Centre prison in Dublin in Ireland.
And Martha is just herself…
Martha is liked by others…
Helpful, kind, interested in others…

Another person is asking about Martha’s work at the library

On Wednesday a person responsible for the libraries (we don’t have sufficient information to provide the person’s position) in Dochas Centre Prison and in Mountjoy Prison, noticed that for some time already, Martha is not working in the library.
The person asked Mrs Governor Mary O’Connor about it.
Mrs Governor claimed, she knows nothing about it.
Really?
Mrs Governor asked Martha.
Martha said, that she doesn’t know the reasons why she is not working at the library.
One of the officers simply took away the key to the library from her, and she only said Martha doesn’t work there anymore.
This officer rather doesn’t like foreigners.

It’s kind, that another person is noticing lack of Martha in the library, and aks for her.
Until now only the inmates were asking for Martha, and especially the person working with her in the library.
Now a question about Martha was asked from different side.
Martha even describes the person as a owner of the libraries, and a person responsible for the libraries and their supplies. We can not confirm that, but we can say thank you.

We thank you very much!
People who get to know Martha closer, see what a valuable person she is.

Martha lost her job at the library

On Friday, February 9th, Martha was asked to return the keys to the library, and was informed that she will no longer work in the library. No reason was given, no justification. It was a big suprise to Martha and the other prisoners. Martha is liked in prison. She’s kind and helpful. The person, who worked in library with Martha, and whom Martha taught, wanted to go to Mrs Governor about Martha.
But what for?
Martha enjoyed working in the library, but she takes all the torments with calmness.

There were never any objections to Martha’s work in the library.
Is this related to her family’s actions outside the prison?

On Tuesday, February 13th, library in Dochas Centre was already closed. Martha was already dismissed from the job, and the person who usually was with her couldn’t come, because she had to do cleaning of some sort.
Fellow inmates asked Martha why she doesn’t go to the library and doesn’t work? Martha answered briefly: “I don’t know”.

We once heard about na “instruction” about Garda’s proceedings. All of Garda’s services are very “clear”:

“When Irish Garda smiles to you and is nice – it is confident, and holds you in it’s hand,
When Irish Garda is “pissed”, angry, and annoyed – it means it’s losing”
