Are we really picking on?

Some say, that as a family of Martha we are picking on everything. That this is impossible for Martha to be treated worse.
Please judge this example.

Martha had drawn a portrait of her sister. She chose large envelope she got from her sister. The largest she had – 35x25cm (13,8 x 9,8in)

EnvelopeMartha’s drawing’s dimensions were 42x28cm (16,5x11in).
The drawing didn’t fit the envelope. So Martha folded it  gently in two places near sides, so the bends won’t come out on the face. After folding, the drawing’s dimensions were 24x28cm ( 9,5x11in) and it fitted the envelope without a problem.

In what state did the drawing arrive to the sister?
Large envelope and the drawing folded into “tiny cube” with dimensions: 12×17,5cm (4,7×6,9in).

folded drawingEverything, including envelope, was folded in half and stuck together using scraps of scotch tape. After opening such large envelope, the sister looked for what else could be in the envelope. She couldn’t believe that such large envelope contained only such tiny “cube”.
First question she asked Martha, was about what was in the consignment.
It turns out it contained only the drawing.
The prison officer did a lot of work. To fold such big drawing into such tiny cube.

Petty thing?
Sure.
But such petty malices, annoyances, “kicks under the table”, prove how she and her family are treated by prison officers in Dochas Centre in Dublin.
