“I will be grateful to you till the end of my life, and I will do everything for our family to be always strong and loving…”

My beloved, I want to thank You for your kind hearts. That you are with me and you give me your support. I miss You so much every day, but I am happy that I have someone I can miss. That 6 minutes of phone call every day for me is like a dessert after dinner 😉 I am very lucky that I have such love and that I have You. Some women here don’t have that and it’s very hard for them, so I understand their behavior. Because of You giving me so much strength, I can pass it to some of the women here.
I know how much sacrifice and torment all of this costs You, I can’t even imagine how can I repay you for such kindness. I will be grateful to you till the end of my life, and I will do everything for our family to be always strong and loving. It’s my greatest treasure. You and our close ones. What’s more important? For me the most important is that we can hear each other, see each other, touch. And someday we will do this aaaall together.
And this thought, thanks to You, helps me to survive everything here. Nothing more is important. Do not worry, I want you to be proud of me, and I will be strong!
Because I love life, always thanks to You, it doesn’t matter what it is, but I’m not alone in it.

Thank You!

Love You!

“I wish for you and your close ones…”

We have somewhat foreseen the problems with sending Martha’s wishes for the family and people close.
Simply, after those few years we don’t expect anything good from Irish prison Service.
(Of course if something good will happen, we will acknowledge that and we will thank for it)

Foreseeing it, we’ve asked Martha to make a list of people to which she sends letters, right after sending.
Now we publish Martha’s list.

“Please tell Everyone, that I remember about them…”

On Wednesday, December 12, 2018, Marta gave the Irish prison service to send  postcards with wishes.
Various, individual wishes.
Even for the people who do not celebrate Christmas.
Postcards for thirty five people and their families.

We didn’t update the “Correspondence” link with this information.
We wanted it to be a surprise for the people who were meant to receive the postcards.
And so we waited, waited…
We were calm, but Martha was nervous…
She was nervous about that someone could think that she forgot about him or her…

“Please tell Everyone, that I remember about them…”

Currently, after over two months, the correspondence starts to arrive also to Poland.
What are the stamp dates?
February 8 and February 11, 2019.

Where was this correspondence between December 12, 2018, and February 8 or 11, 2019?
For two months…
Was it in Dochas Centre prison in Dublin in Ireland, all this time?
Did translating it take so much time?

Irish prison service has time…
Martha was sentenced for lifetime imprisonment, what difference does it make for Irish prison service, will the correspondence be sent today, in two months, or in two years…
With such level of spite from Irish prison service, maybe we should be happy that Martha’s correspondence was sent at all…
Maybe we should be thanking even for delayed humane impulses…
Maybe

I want to help

Please do not send confidential information to Martha by letter – please use other “path”.

Please do not send Martha important, confidential information or suggestions.

We value very much the desire to help Martha.
Many people suggests some solutions and sends some information.
They concern Martha and they should reach her.
But do they reach her?
Martha is in a place, wher she has guardians (not angels).
If someone decides to send a letter to Martha, first people the letter reaches are those “not angels”.
And they will read, read, read, translate, read, analyze, we don’t know if they won’t start to look at the author, etc…
And later…
Maybe they will decide… someday… to pass the letter to Martha…
Or not…
Or maybe they will hold the letter so long, that  suggestions included in the letter will cease to be valid…

Do we have any proof?
Few examples.
We have information from people, who sent letters to Martha long ago, with a proposal of help, and those letters didn’t reach Martha at all.
In May those “not angels” made it difficult for Martha to change her solicitor. Only thanks to the determination of the family and friends, against GARDA, the solicitor was changed.
Recently, Martha’s family received a letter with suggestions from Martha. The letter arrived only now.
Martha passed the letter for sending long ago. So long ago, that she even forgot she passed such letter.

This few examples show, that GARDA still has interest in the case of Martha and that it is afraid of something in the case.
There are no doubts, that current verdict is ridiculing the logic of Irish legislation.
The change of the verdict will ridicule Irish GARDA.
It will happen sometime…
Some may only count that they will already be retired at that time…
And now the girl suffers…

We ask people having important information, that may be helpful in freeing Martha, to send the information to Martha via “another path”.
Please contact us via mail:        help@helpformartha.org
             or via solicitor’s mail:  mreynolds@ecgearty.ie

All extremely important information on Martha’s case passed that way, will reach Martha most quickly and they certainly be complete.
Most important they will stay secret for GARDA.
Please provide information and suggestions without worries.
Martha will be free sooner or later.
May as soon as possible…

We thank you very much for all suggestions addressed for us or for Martha’s solicitor.
Thank you very much for all the direct correspondence to Martha, which supports her mentally in those difficult moments.

“Does Martha speak, read and write in English?” – most letters in English come from Ireland – Thank You

“Does Martha speak, read and write in English?”
“The language of Martha’s heart and thoughts” is Polish.
When coming to Dochas Centre prison, Martha used English language on a level enabling basic communication (we are not linguists, therefore we can’t asses professionally Martha’s knowledge of English language).
In prison Martha finished next stages of learning English language.
Today she uses English far better then 2 years ago.

She probably speaks English better, reads a bit worse, and writes the worst… but… to answer the question…
If someone doesn’t know Polish language, then
We invite you to write letters to Martha in English…
Martha has certainly problems with legal English language, but that kind of letters please send to us or to Martha’s solicitor, not to Martha herself.
Martha also responds every letter, so she will try to respond in English also.

We thank very much to all people using English language for interest in Martha’s case.
Currently most of letters in English, comes to Martha from Ireland.
It’s nice, when other people, besides family, friends and compatriots, declare will to help. All advice and information are exceptionally valuable.
Thank you.
