If you live in Ireland, and you would like to have some contribution in the production of a programme about Martha, than you have such possibility.
We urgently need any video recordings connected to the victims of the accident: Martha and the late Csaba.
Any recordings connected to where Martha lived or where she was working.
Any recordings of meetings in which she participated.
Recordings with the late Csaba would be equally important. All of his workplaces. Relations in his previous workplace. Recordings of his work on any of the cruise ships.
Recordings from the place of accident would be very important. Recordings from before  2013 would allow to asses the quality level of the barriers and the security of the wharf. Current recordings show how thoroughly the wharf was secured after the unfortunate accident.

What about the recordings undisclosed until now?
It’s the best time for sharing them.
Every detail may be very important.

We will be grateful for any shared recording.

Reasonable preparations for key months for Martha

Nearest months will be decisive for Martha’s case.
What we are preparing for, and what are we planning in the nearest months?
1. Preparation and submission of an application to European Court of Human Rights (September, October).
2. We are preparing all new facts for resubmitting the case to the Court in Ireland.

Those actions are aimed not only at freeing Martha, but also clearing her from the gruesome and absurd accusation: premeditated murder.
It’s a FIGHT FOR FREEDOM AND FOR JUSTICE
(In today’s world freedom is a relative concept, and there is no justice at all. There is no doubt, however, that currently Martha does not experience either FREEDOM, or JUSTICE.)

As always, there is a third way:
3. Martha may decide that she wants to serve her sentence in Poland.
But then our fight will cease to be a fight for justice (clearing her from an absurd accusation will be impossible).

We want to use our time reasonably.
Due to a string of actions, there may be a reduction of number of posts on our websites.
Please do not take this as a decreasing of our interest in mutual cooperation.
We appreciate sincere interest in Martha’s problem, and a will to help.
Also, such interest and support gives us strength in this incredibly difficult fight.

In the nearest future we are planning to update all important information missing on our websites. Announcements of appearing of this posts were published long ago.
Refining of those posts also requires us to devote more time.
Those information will certainly be very important in creating the proper opinion on Martha’s case.
In the same time we will write less about does Martha drink coffee in prison, and  when she eats popcorn.
We will avoid something, what sometimes could be called “forced posts”.
We have a lot to write about, but we lack of one thing that Martha has too much: time.
We don’t hide that it took less time for us to write about what happened to Martha in prison on a given day, but…
We won’t stick at all cost to previous plan to publish one post a day.
Soon we will start (or for some people restart) closer exchange of emails with people, who are truly interested in Martha, and want to help us.
This way we will start giving access to more confidential information, that will not be published on the websites.

The  end of summer holiday is inevitably coming…
With new strengths, with positive attitude, reasonably, with intensification of actions in a short period of time…
There is a big chance, that the end of the year will bring the desired breakthrough in the case…

When there will be something NEW in Martha’s case? – Third Enormous Request

There are plenty of ambiguities and secrets in Martha’s case.
The verdict was issued on July 28, 2016, the Court of Appeals rejected the appeal, and the Supreme Court in Ireland decided, that it won’t deal with Martha’s case.

However, if NEW facts are discovered.
New facts may show that there was a judicial mistake.
Then…
the cases may be brought before the courts in Ireland by requesting a new trial based on newly established facts.
There is no time limit, but it’s understandable, that the sooner the better.
The justice for 18 years is exceptionally bitter.

Regarding this we are making a huge request:
We ask for ANY INFORMATION, especially NEW information not disclosed yet.
Any information regarding:
– the events before the date of the tragedy,
– the way Martha was treated before the tragedy,
– the course of the tragedy,
– Martha’s stay at the hospital,
– interrogations of Martha,
– the Court’s proceedings
– the Jury’s proceedings.

It’s today – Second anniversary of a disgraceful verdict in Ireland – SHAME ON YOU, IRELAND! – WE REMEMBER!

There are dates, that Martha remembers more.
There are those, that her family remembers more.

July 28, 2016, in Ireland a disgraceful verdict was issued.
11 people of the jury, people not knowing about the law, made a decision.
Without evidence, without proving the motive, without proving of planning, after a month of circumstantial trial, after a week of thinking over a decision…
Suddenly…
…on the last day before summer holiday…
they make a decision, that (“beyond any doubt” – that’s how it’s suppose to be) – Martha is GUILTY OF PREMEDITATED MURDER?!
Martha, who attended the trial out of her recognizance, suddenly goes to prison.
The sentence is the worst: LIFETIME IMPRISONMENT.

With a 11:1 vote.
Almost unanimously, like there was no trial, like there was no doubts.
A sentence with accordance to four years of media campaign in Irish media, who made such  verdict on Martha earlier.
Now “blessed” by 11 “righteous”.
(As for thinking, Hungarian media showed a higher level of logical thinking than Irish media – on the beginning they reported, that Martha jumped out from the car, before it falling into the water.
It was unthinkable for them, that Martha, wanting to kill, drove the same car to the water along with the passenger.)

Things that are ILLOGICAL and ABSURD for whole world, are they acceptable in Ireland?
Will the world believe in such thinking and actions of Martha?
Do people who accused Martha believed this themselves?
With such level of “insight” can they be any authority?
Or maybe they are an authority: because they are effetive.
With such absurd accusation – a victory in the Court.
One must know how to do it. Under the other circumstance we would say – “we admire”.
It doesn’t matter that thinking world is laughing.
People accusing Martha may think:
“They have right – and we have the MONEY”.

Or maybe the whole trial is JUST A COVER?
Illusion of Trial, Illusion of Justice in Ireland?

Maybe Martha is somewhat responsible to some degree – she was behind the wheel, the passenger is dead (he drowned after getting out of the car).
Martha never admitted murder, she never admitted the intention of murder, she never admitted planning a murder.

Today the young woman is in prison for two years.
With the sentence completely cancelling her life: LIFETIME IMPRISONMENT.

What happened?
What didn’t work in Ireland?
Justice?
Thinking?
Honesty?
Compassion?

There are things that did work on July 28, 2016:
Promotions…
and connected to them…
…omnipotent EURO.

SHAME ON YOU IRELAND!
THINK IRELAND!
WE REMEMBER!
And the girl is suffering…

Are there any institutions in Ireland to protect human rights? Maybe even one?

Are there any institutions in Ireland to protect human rights?
Some of such institutions in their statutes have a task of acting “ex officio”, without the need to report the matter.

What we are dealing with in Martha’s case?
For 4 years until Martha’s trial , the media tormented her.
All of Martha’s personal data was revealed.
Later, a careless investigation in the case of Martha, lack of a translator, lack of a solicitor, no professional psychological aid, a charge that did not investigate the cause of the accident, shameful verdict of the jury.
Discrimination of the citizen of a different country on every stage.
Earlier, the situation of Martha, as a person being stalked by the deceased.

Is this not enough for one person?
Did any of the organizations fighting for human rights in Ireland got interested in the case?
Maybe some organization protecting women’s rights?
Maybe an organization of people harmed by Irish GARDA?
Did they turn to help Martha?
There is no one…
Maybe there is no such organization in Ireland?
Or maybe they don’t want to “stand out” in this case?
Maybe they have fallen to the manipulations of the media, and see a cold killer in Martha?
A kind of “Woman Rambo”?

Martha is a Polish citizen.
The family talked with different organizations in Poland about Martha.

Mostly the answer was the same:
“Despite Martha being Polish citizen, the event took place on the territory of Ireland, and you should address the counterparts of these organizations in Ireland”.

Or maybe institutions in Poland think, that institutions in Ireland should take care of Martha’s case?
And Irish institutions think, that Polish institutions should do it?

We have tried to interest different institutions in Ireland in Martha’s case.
To no avail.
If someone could point us to an uncompromising organization or person in Ireland, we would be very grateful.
Please point only the institutions or persons that have the courage.
Standing against all Irish system needs the courage.
Even if you’re fighting for a right cause.
Will someone in Ireland want to help a Polish woman?

Second Enormous Request – WE ASK YOU VERY MUCH for valuable advice regarding preparing the application for European Court of Human Rights

Due to preparing of Martha’s case for submission before European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, WE ASK YOU VERY MUCH for help.
We ask people with experience for professional advice.
Maybe we have missed something important.

It’s no secret what arguments will be used.
It will be at least 3 main points:
1. Lack of translator in the beginning and accepting by the court of a single, unconfirmed testimony of a witness, about the words allegedly spoken by Martha.
2. Lack of a solicitor in the starting period of testimonies before GARDA.
3. … (this we don’t to reveal at this stage).

At least three main points, the rest is a background.
The background of the case is:
media campaign against Martha,
sentencing Martha by the media before the trial,
carelessness of the investigation,
the way and the length of interrogation by GARDA,
interpreting all the circumstantial evidence to the detriment of Martha,
skipping the facts that could disprove the validity of these circumstantial evidence,
discrimination on every stage.

These are our initial thoughts in case of Martha.
We will be grateful for every advice and conclusions.

We ask very much for every suggestion that can be useful during preparing the application for European Court of Human Rights.

Herda vs. Ireland – Martha’s case is being prepared for European Court of Human Rights

Due to the refusal by the Supreme Court in Ireland to handle the case, Martha’s case is being prepared for submission to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
The Supreme Court made it’s decision on May 21, 2018.
From this day, there is a six months deadline for lodging the case before the European Court.
Martha’s case must be submitted to Strasbourg before November 21, 2018.
Martha’s family, despite the vacation time, makes consultations regarding submission of the application.
Martha’s current solicitor – Frank Gearty, is also getting acquainted with the case.
The application for the European Court of Human Rights will be prepared immediately after summer hollidays, in September.

First enormous request – PLEASE HELP US FINANCIALLY

Till now we asked very modestly.
We didn’t expose this request.
We didn’t impose ourselves.
We didn’t put ads to our sites.
We can count few more of such “didn’ts”
First of all:
Never before have we raised money and…
…we have NO experience in that.

We do plenty of things out of necessity and for the first time.
But someone has to do it.
The situation surprised us and made us undertake actions we haven’t done until now.

We would like to thank very much for previous donations on behalf of Martha.
We will try to use the raised money very reasonably.
Until now we didn’t spend anything from raised money.
At the same time, we can ensure that if we would like to count the costs incurred by us so far – it would be many times more than the amount collected.
 We don’t even want to think how many times more.
We write about this only to say, that we act without looking at if we have help, or not.

Due to the fact that fight for Martha enters decisive phase, we would like to ask you very much for full support of our actions regarding Financial Fund for saving Martha.

Term: getting out of Martha to freedom in year… (…not this year. We know what year we would want to enter here. For sure this isn’t the year that Ireland plans to set Martha free – surely not the year 2034)
Amount of raised money: … guaranteeing professional defence of Martha’s violated rights and fixing the harm done to her. (If the amount would come out higher, then we will donate the surplus for other aggrieved people).
Allocation of the amount: legal actions for restoring justice.
The Method:… effective.
Time of raising funds: NOW and gradually during half of year (if needed, the raising may be prolonged for few more months).
